Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst of Server Supply Planning of CSCP CS4. As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing of data and generate reports for comprehensive purposes via traditional tool(Excel) and/or Power BI to visualize outcome and drive supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the abilities to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel and familiar with advanced function such as Power Query.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or experienced in Power BI.
- Familiarity with data analysis and automation in programming language such as Python, R, JavaScript.
- Experience in using SQL to query data.
- Knowledge of operation research and optimization models such as linear programming is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of electronics (PCBA’s) manufacturing processes and logistics.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems, including material planning specific software such as SAP or Oracle. Preferred SAP experience, specifically in materials management and BOMs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Data Collection & Modeling Management:
- Collect, organize, and cleanse large volume of raw data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain efficient data collection processes and workflows.
- Design and implement data models to organize and structure large datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify key data requirements.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Design and build visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Deploy solutions that enable self-service analytics, allowing users to independently explore and access data.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve overall supply chain performance.
- Document minutes, process, flows and specifications to track progress and for knowledge management.
Project Management:
- Work closely with engineering, project managers and business users to support data migration and other supply chain initiatives.
- Conduct user interviews, collect requirements from business user, draft specifications of system design that optimize efficiency.
- Manage meetings with engineering team to monitor and solve system issues, including creating ticket, tracking open issues and conduct UAT.
- Support sourcing analytics and material supply reporting / dashboard.
- Work closely with sourcing managers/GSMs/Engineers for Multisource component qualification progress tracking and report out.
- Purchase orders operations and budget tracking to ensure spending within budget.
