Qualifications

  • Qualifications Required -
    • 10+ years in the industry 5+ years in product management in B2B companies
    • Experience in product work - identifying customers needs, translate into product requirement, build product plan, feature slicing and prioritization, build KPIs and definition of success, manage feature rollout
    • Experienced working with customers - deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic!
    • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
    • Demonstrated verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including communicating effectively with different business groups and project teams. Ability to collaborate with Persuade skills work as a team and with stakeholders across the globe.
  • Qualifications: Other Requirements
    • Experience in SOC-facing security product - advantage
    • Experience in AI-powered products - advantage

What you’ll bring:

    • Proven ability to identify customer problems, define solutions, and translate them into clear, prioritized product requirements.
    • Build a plan - Skilled in slicing complex problems, prioritizing effectively, and managing cross-functional execution.
    • Analytical mindset with experience building smart, outcome-driven OKRs and KPIs, and using data to guide decisions.
    • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and familiarity with AI technologies.
    • Strong customer engagement skills—listening deeply, building trust, and translating insights into product impact.
    • Project management expertise with a track record of delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
    • Bonus: Experience navigating large-scale enterprise environments and influencing across teams.
