Overview

The Employee Voice & Engagement (EVE) team is part of Microsoft’s Employee Experience (EXP) organization. We build products like Glint and Viva Pulse that help organizations listen to their employees, understand sentiment, and take meaningful action. We are a multidisciplinary team of PMs, engineers, designers, and researchers who are passionate about building inclusive, data-informed, and customer-obsessed solutions that scale across the enterprise. We are looking for a Product Manager II to join the EVE PM team. In this role, you will support a group of PMs by driving clarity and execution across product scenarios, documentation, and go-to-market readiness. You’ll be a key connector across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams—ensuring our internal and external documentation is accurate, discoverable, and aligned with our product strategy.

This role is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work on-site and 2 days per week work from home.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a cross-functional environment.
  • 2+ years experience managing documentation or content strategy for technical or enterprise products.
  • 2+ years experience supporting go-to-market efforts or working with marketing and field teams.
  • Experience with employee experience, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort with experimentation, data analysis, and customer research.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product scenarios and user journeys that span multiple features or services, grounded in customer insights and business goals.
  • Use data to prioritize improvements, set success metrics, and validate hypotheses through experimentation—knowing when to iterate or not ship.
  • Own and maintain internal and public-facing documentation for EVE products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with product direction.
  • Partner with PMs to define and evolve product scenarios and user journeys.
  • Support go-to-market planning and readiness, including coordination with marketing, support, and field teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive clarity in execution.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and help onboard new PMs.
