As part of this team, you’ll help shape the future of visual creation by removing friction, amplifying creativity, and delivering transformative experiences powered by generative AI. This critical role reports to the General Manager (GM)and works closely with the Leadership Team to drive ROB, business accountability, resource management, communications and organizational health. You will leverage a broad range of experience to navigate a high-visibility generalist role, acting as a trusted partner and advisor, balancing leadership and influencing to help the leadership team deliver on the collective business and product objectives.
This role is also part of the Office Product Group (OPG) Business Management community which works together to drive organizational efficiency and product coherence with a dotted line relationship to the OPG Chief (CoS) of Staff.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience effectively influencing stakeholders, building and maintaining productive relationships and collaborating cross-team and cross-organizational levels.
- Experience applying project management skills and principles to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to completion.
- Experience effectively presenting insights and influencing stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in a Chief of Staff office or Business Management role, demonstrating strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership.
- Understanding of technology industry dynamics, including digital transformation trends and emerging technologies, with practical application in business strategy or operations.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and resource planning.
Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Stay up to speed on pending launches and develop a firm grasp of the product strategy to help the Leadership Team (LT) ensure readiness.
- Own internal communications to effectively drive clarity on the organization’s priorities & decisions.
- Participate in the most relevant meetings and stay connected with the LT.
- Maximize the effectiveness of the GM by partnering with their Executive Assistant to prioritize their time.
- Work with the GM to drive prep for executive reviews, internal and external engagements.
- Own cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.
- Act as a project/program manager to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require hands-on coordination across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.
- Leverage knowledge of organizational strategy and planned deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to design budgets. While partnering with the GM’s Executive Administrator (EA) to drive execution on budget and headcount tracking.
- Collaborate with the LT regarding resource management planning and ensures that the leaders are aligned on the headcount strategy and the fiscal year workforce plan.
- Partner with the staffing team to meet hiring requirements and elevate staffing conversations with the LT.
- Work as part of the OPG Business Management community to improve processes, procedures, and initiatives to run the business efficiently as the organization scales.
