Overview
As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will engage with our most strategic customers advising and will focus on M365 Copilot extensibility, Graph Connector, and Teams. You will build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from Engineering and bring back insights from real customer scenarios into the product truth.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working and driving strategic customers and cross-functional organizations, to plan, develop, and deploy advanced cloud and AI solutions.
- Experience with envisioning and scenario planning solutions which integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Connectors, and Copilot in Teams.
- Experience building intelligent Agents and custom solutions using a hybrid development approach, combining low-code tools like Power Platform and Copilot Studio and potentially pro-code frameworks where appropriate.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex, cross-cutting issues across diverse environments and customer implementations, applying strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of AI fundamentals, LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 5+ years in product management, with a deep focus on AI/ML technologies and infrastructure. Proven track record of engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Hands-on experience creating Customer solutions, assessing business need and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers that lead to production deployments will be a plus.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Engage with our most strategic customers advising them on the right approach to leverage Teams, M365 Copilot and extensibility to harness the full potential of their data, collaboration and business processes.
- Build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from Engineering and bring back insights from real customer scenarios into the product truth.
- Drive awareness and alignment with internal teams around voice of customer themes that emerge as part of your engagements, making sure key challenges and feature gaps are channelled back into our plan to improve our product.
- Support M365 Copilot and Graph Connectors product evolution by collaborating closely with strategic customers and cross-functional internal teams from Engineering and our field organization, as you help shape the planning, development, and deployment of cutting-edge cloud services and article intelligence, seamlessly integrated with M365 Copilot, Copilots in Teams, Graph Connectors and Microsoft Teams.
- Support envisioning and key user scenarios for how M365 Copilot and Microsoft Team can be used to support business outcomes and enhanced productivity, including leveraging Copilot extensibility and Graph Connectors.
- Understand and develop custom solutions and Agents using development tools such as Copilot Studio.
- Be the voice of our customers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams to ensure we stay ahead in the game, by influencing our platform and extensibility vision around how best to evolve our developer offering.
- Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.
- Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform our future direction.
