We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focused on Azure Infrastructure to join our Customer Success Team in Greece, Cyprus and Malta. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working in the most challenging and exciting projects, helping our customers in their migration and modernization initiatives. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges by applying scalable best practices in the cloud with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF). You will work with select customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer Executives, Enterprise Architects, Platform Engineers and Developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are timely removed and identifying new migration and modernization opportunities along the way. Leveraging your leading technical team’s expertise, you will drive the team to ensure customers get value from their investments on Microsoft Cloud.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • Experience working on technical projects
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

Responsibilities

  • You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
  • You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
  • You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations
  • You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  • You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations and modernizations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
  • You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of migration and modernization projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.
  • You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
