Overview
You will be responsible for capturing customer needs, coordinating product plans, building roadmaps, designing features, and delivering them to unlock new capabilities. These deeply technical roles are a mix of diving into customer and system data, designing large-scale service interactions, delivering complex distributed systems, and working alongside senior technical leaders across the company on technical roadmap and strategy. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.
- Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
- Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through data analysis and experimentation.
- Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web.
- Collaborate with senior technical leadership across the company to set direction and roadmap.
- Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
