As part of our Commercial Product Infrastructure (CPI) team, you’ll be at the heart of Microsoft’s cloud transformation—driving strategic decisions that fuel our AI-first future. The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is where infrastructure meets impact. We’re building and operating Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure while optimizing cost and accelerating growth.
We’re currently hiring a Cloud Capacity Allocation and Enablement Manager to lead long-term GPU and Commercial Cloud initiatives across our worldwide fleet. This is a hybrid role based in Redmond, WA or Atlanta, GA—where innovation meets collaboration.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in capacity planning and enablement within a cloud or tech environment.
- 4+Years experience in designing and improving or collaborating to design and improve processes for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
- People management experience a plus
- Previous accounting experience in Cloud, supply chain, fixed assets, leases and/or multi-national companies preferred
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of management
- Demonstrated systems and process improvement experience
- Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines
Responsibilities
The role requires the ability to synthesize and drive insights from large datasets and build processes and procedures in a new and quickly growing cloud space with a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple stakeholder requirements

- Analytical: Model and analyze key strategic drivers to influence and drive planning decisions and strategic activities, specifically in relation to our global cloud fleet.
- Business partnership: Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the company regularly to influence business direction and operational support.
- Process improvement: Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.
- Controls and compliance: Ensure data integrity and clarity across key stakeholders throughout the company to drive clear insights to enable real-time decisions. Ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
- Collaborate: with manager to identify high impact projects that will drive business success and align to your personal development goals.
