We are a diverse group, working together with our global Production Partner Manager teams (PPMs) in the UK, US, Japan and Korea to coordinate global releases of our Xbox and PC Titles. We are now looking for a PPM in Shanghai!

The PPM is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production lifecycle of gaming content across Xbox, PC, and Cloud platforms. We navigate and advise our partners on our policies, processes and tools, to support them in ensuring their content is delivered, just as they plan.

  • Are you fluent in Mandarin and English?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 4+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technical related field of project or program management, with Chinese and global stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (ideally Simplified Chinese) – reading, writing, speaking (includes giving presentations).
  • Experience establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with partners/customers.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • Working understanding of game development or game production lifecycle.

Bonus Points! (Any of the following would be a plus)

  • Japanese or Korean fluency
  • Aptitude for technology – ability to adapt and utilize new tools and systems- CRM, Databases, Dashboards etc.
  • Passion for gaming.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Drive the planning, production, certification, and release of content. This includes managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner Engagement: Act as point of contact for external partners, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with internal priorities. This includes onboarding, ongoing support, and issue resolution.
  • Project & Initiative Leadership: Lead or contribute to initiatives, such as working with engineers and other stakeholders for tool/process improvements, and troubleshooting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as Developer Partner Management (DPM), Strategic Partner Management (SPM), Game Pass, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in tools like ADO, provide regular updates, and contribute to team-wide reporting and planning efforts.
