マイクロソフトのビジネスアプリケーションのソリューションスペシャリストとして、公共・ヘルスケアのお客様の業務のデジタル変革を推進する戦略的な営業活動をリードしていただきます。顧客のCレベルの役員、ITリーダー、ビジネス意思決定者と強力な関係を築き、ビジネス価値のインサイトを提供し、イノベーションを加速させるソリューションを提案することで、顧客のビジネスの目標達成をサポートします。対象となるソリューションには、CRMの営業およびサービス、基幹業務システム(Finance & Operations)、ローコード/ノーコード開発のためのPower Apps、そしてAIエージェントシナリオを構築・実装するためのCopilot Studioが含まれます。

また、ビジネスプランニングの推進、Rhythm of Business(ROB)レビューの主導、社内チームおよびパートナーエコシステムとの連携を通じて、イノベーションの創出とビジネス価値の提供を担っていただきます。

Qualifications

Most Preferred:

  • Aptitude for vigorous sales activities with high quality and quantity from a customer obsession mindset.
  • Understanding and business experience with low-code platforms and business applications.
  • A mindset that embraces challenges and enjoys exploring new opportunities, such as discovering AI Agent use cases, with a pioneering spirit.
  • Fluent Japanese plus business level English for dealing with global deals.

Preferred:

  • 7+ years of solution sales or account management experience.
  • Experience with selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions to large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets. (Even if not have SaaS experience, business application experience is preferable.) Developing demand and pipe by building BDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, key improvement scenarios and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.
  • Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts.
  • Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions.
  • Disciplined operator with demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
  • Deep Understanding of:
    • Low Code development, workflow, and robotic process automation technologies.
    • Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsofts cloud platform, including competitors and related ecosystems. The security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers.
  • Desired Skills:

    • Strong presentation, white-boarding, and communication
    • Passion and commitment for customer success
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
    • Organizational agility, able to coordinate stakeholders like Marketing, Engineering, Licensing, Legal, Executives etc.
    • Problem-solver, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility:

Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning

  • Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions.

Solution Leadership & Technical Expertise

  • Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
  • Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HQ enginnering to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction.

Sales Execution & Deal Management

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
  • Lead execution of complex deals with close plans and customer success post-sale as one Microsoft.

Partner Ecosystem & Collaboration

  • Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Provide feedback to partner team in Microsoft to refine go-to-market strategies.
