Overview

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager - AI Business Solutions to lead news and disclosure planning across the AI Business Solutions (ABS) business. The ABS portfolio of businesses includes Microsoft 365 Copilot (AI assistant for work), Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

As the news and disclosure lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the latest AI innovations that impact our future of work narrative. You’ll be responsible for driving a unified disclosure strategy that ensures clarity and impact, while enabling operational excellence across cross-functional teams. This is a strategic and influential role that requires an understanding of the AI product roadmap and the ability to translate complex innovation into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and the press.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in program management and building rhythm of business and engagement models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, with experience working closely with PR, product, and marketing teams.
  • Experience working in the technology industry.
  • Experience working in large, global matrix.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for operational innovation.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the biannual news review strategy, process, and execution in close partnership with Public Relations (PR), product, and marketing teams.
  • Develop a streamlined approach to identify upcoming key disclosures and potential changes as well as create communication frameworks to drive successful marketing of key product news and feature disclosures.
  • Lead socialization and engagement of consistent disclosure principles across stakeholders.
  • Deliver and maintain marketing editorial calendar across blogs, thought leadership, as well as key moments and events.
