Within Strategy & Operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Excellence Manager to join our process excellence team. As an individual contributor, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize business processes, drive operational excellence, and support strategic transformation efforts across the organization with AI First mindset.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Lean /Six Sigma methodology (black Belt or higher).
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems, with experience using process modeling tools such as Visio or similar platforms.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in effectively communicating through both spoken and written formats, including creating clear, engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.


Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

  • Governance & Standardization: Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation, standards, and governance models.
  • Change Enablement: Lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and support adoption of new processes through effective change management.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor process performance, and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Digital Transformation: Support the integration of automation and AI into business processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

As you contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, you will communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders and create the necessary mechanisms for visibility and accountability for progress and outcomes. You will also work with other teams to ensure processes are executed efficiently.
