Overview
We are looking for a Account Technology Strategist for our XX SDC customers to drive digital transformation and innovation agenda. Account Technology Strategist provides technology guidance to clients and orchestrates the interaction between clients and Microsoft resources to drive new opportunities, demand generation, market share, digital transformation, and the mapping of industry/business scenarios to Microsoft solutions. Acts as the "Virtual CTO/Chief Digital Officer" or "go-to" person in established, long-term relationships with technical and/or business decision-makers at the Chief X Officer (CxO) level. Drives conversations with clients to present the strategic value of Microsoft solutions and acts as a trusted technology advisor both internally and externally. Gathers insights about client business and leverages existing architecture approaches to achieve Microsoft’s agreed commitments to clients.
The Account Technology Strategists (ATS) is the leader responsible for designing the strategy and architecture to drive digitalization and innovation agenda of our Swiss manufacturing enterprise customers and acts as the Innovation and DT Thought Leader. With deep business understanding, broad technology skills and industry knowledge, the CTL starts with Innovation/ DT agenda of our customers, connects business/industry priorities to technology strategy and develops value propositions which align with our customer’s priorities and business strategies, leveraging the rich portfolio of Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- Proven track-record to drive change in a complex and technology driven environment
- Ability to lead innovation dialogue on CIO/CTO/CISO level
- Virtual leadership capability across multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Strategy
- Lead strategic technology conversations with C-level stakeholders, advancing MS Cloud & AI agenda
- Develop and maintain a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned to customer outcomes
- Technical Sales Orchestration
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across cloud, data, AI, and security.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, and other industry-specific offerings.
- Innovation & Impact
- Identify opportunities for innovation in the industry of your customers.
- Champion co-innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept pilots with product and technology leaders.
- Internal Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product teams and marketing
- Contribute to community best practices and mentor junior ATSs.
