The ideal candidate for this Audit Manager position is a self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions and is able to critically analyze controls systems to assess effectiveness, opportunities for improvements, and efficiency gains. The Audit Manager will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and will have Proficient problem solving and collaboration skills. This Audit Manager position involves a significant amount of exposure to upper management and requires the ability to communicate complex issues and recommendations, and the conviction to support them. This is not a people manager role.

Qualifications

Required/minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years demonstrated work experience in audit or a combination of auditing and other experience that includes audit or another relevant field including privacy, sales and supply chain, control and compliance, or controllership.
  • This role requires you to travel domestically and internationally for 1-3 week periods, up to 30% total.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Professional certifications including CIA, CPA, Chartered Accountant, or CISA.
  • Specialized audit skills or industry experience such as fraud, privacy, manufacturing, online services, finance.

Internal Audit IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed test plans for key segments of audits by developing understanding of audit area and reviewing available data and information
  • Conduct audit fieldwork using appropriate auditing methods
  • Draft audit issues based on fieldwork, supporting evidence, and risk-based implications
  • Clearly communicate project status and results with project team, Internal Audit management, and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Remain current and increase knowledge in the areas of auditing, accounting, business, company products and company information utilizing self-study and continuing education efforts
