Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Business Support to provide executive-level support to the CVP of Cloud & Exposure Security. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CVP's office, providing comprehensive administrative support directly to the manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The position is available for an immediate start.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in administrative roles within global companies
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes.
  • Proven experience with calendar management and working with business professionals and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:Efficiently manage the CVP's calendar for meeting scheduling and efficient time management. Requires strategic coordination of meetings with other executives' EA’s, groups and individuals across different teams, time zones and conflicting schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with global interfaces, ensuring seamless collaboration across different regions and cultures. Operate and interact effectively with organizational systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Business Travel Coordination:Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all travel plans are seamless and cost-effective.
  • Expense Reports:Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Work-Related Errands:Assist with various work-related errands such as managing technical support tickets, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • External Guest Meetings:Provide support for external guest meetings, including arranging parking and visitor passes, and welcoming guests to the office.
