Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners are pivotal in scaling the Al Workforce vision, especially in the Small and Medium Enterprise & Corporate (SME&C) segment. They serve not only as trusted advisors but also enable purchase and adoption of technology, guiding customers through Al transformation journeys and enabling them to unlock the full value of Al workforce solutions.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven AI Business Process Partner Solution Lead to drive the scale motion for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners and accelerate the adoption of agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role will be responsible for design, activation and amplification of CSP partner investments across GTM and Enablement programs – to drive this exciting market development effort.

Qualifications

Required/ minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working in product marketing or Field Go-to-Market/marketing or partner Go-to-Market/marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner/channel strategy, business applications, or cloud Go to Market (GTM) roles.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to partner closely with Al Workforce partner practice leads, Depth-CSP Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) teams to build and execute winning go-to-market plans and enablement strategies - to achieve CSP revenue growth and customer acquisition.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • CSP Scale Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a scalable partner strategy to grow Dynamics capacity through the CSP channel. You’ll work hand-in-hand with practice leads across Business Applications partner organizations to co-design scalable solution plays, build repeatable go-to-market motions, and embed agentic capabilities like Copilot and autonomous agents into real-world customer scenarios. Focus on activating long tail csp partners, with the objective to drive incremental CSP revenue and driving net-new customer acquisition.
  • Co-design Partner Go-to-market programs: Design and execute partner led funded engagements that drives top funnel engagement (1:many briefings).
  • Define the partner Enablement: strategy for partner skilling and practice development: Work with the skilling and readiness teams to define learning paths, bootcamps, and certifications that support CSP and agentic practice growth. Leverage programs like LevelUp, Copilot Accelerators, and the Partner Skilling Hub.
  • Performance & Insights: Measure & track progress across both Partner Go-to-market and Enablement programs and refine strategy and execution tactics based on measurement signals.Conducting relevant market and CSP partner research.
  • Co-design partner go-to-market programs (e.g. funded partner engagements), and lead scale activation and execution of the programs through the CSP Channel.
  • Define the partner enablement strategy for partner skilling and practice development; design and execute scale readiness engines based on the strategy
  • Measure and track progress across both partner go-to-market and enablement programs and refine strategy and execution tactics based on measurement signals.

Knowledge, experience and skills:

The ideal candidate will bring a host of skills and experiences including:

  • Understanding of the CSP Partner/channel ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Al Workforce solution products, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Rigorous strategy definition and execution.
  • Ability to manage and lead extended v-teams across business groups and engineering.
