As a Senior Product Manager in the Microsoft Teams Platform organization, you'll design the next set of developer tools to prepare Teams for a future of A.I. enabled agents. This opportunity will allow you to build developer-facing APIs and SDKs for agents, partner closely with large developer organizations, and define the future of collaborative agents on Teams. This is a flexible work opportunity to work from home and/or the office.
This hybrid position is located at our Microsoft office in Redmond, Washington.
- Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience building developer-facing platforms.
- Experience handling successful delivery from initial strategy to engineering requirements to audience/user adoption.
- Experience collaborating across teams and across levels of management.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building developer-facing platforms.
- Proven ability to foster a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
- You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
- You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.
- You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.
