Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related related hands-on FEA simulation experience
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related technical engineering experience
    • OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 1+ years related technical engineering experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and validate advanced FEA models (structural, thermal, dynamic) for mechanical components and systems
  • Integrate AI and machine learning techniques into simulation workflows to enhance efficiency and predictive capability
  • Continuously improving simulation methodologies, tools, and processes, staying at the forefront of AI-driven simulation
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of solid mechanics, material behavior, and simulation best practices
  • Analyze simulation results, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to design and product teams
  • Correlate simulation predictions with physical test data, refining models for reliability
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly
