As a Senior Product Manager on Calendar Copilot team, you will champion the adoption of AI in every facet of the product—driving intelligent scheduling capabilities, and personalized experiences for users ranging from executives to busy professionals. You will work on high-impact features that help users prioritize what matters, eliminate friction, and achieve more with less effort.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience shipping technical products as a product manager or program manager through cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Proven track record designing and delivering user-centric, AI-powered products for productivity or collaboration, especially at scale.
- Advanced technical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex requirements—including those involving AI/ML—into simple, effective solutions.
- Solid data analytics skills and experience driving product decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights, especially where AI can provide new capabilities.
- Proven record as a passionate customer advocate, always keeping user outcomes and trust at the center of your work.
- Relentless drive for results, with a history of delivering high-impact, innovative products in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- AI-first mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and apply AI to transform both the product and how teams work.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly as new AI opportunities emerge.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and concepts by developing clear scenarios, detailed user journeys, and articulating the “why” and “what” behind intelligent, AI-driven scheduling experiences.
- Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including customer research, requirements definition, user experience, and the launch of new AI-powered capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science to evaluate and iterate on solutions that apply AI to solve real-world time management challenges.
- Lead with thought leadership and AI-first mindset, shaping strategy, formulating goals, deeply understanding user needs, and delivering differentiated product features that leverage AI.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and align priorities to ensure Calendar Copilot features launch on time and deliver measurable value across devices and platforms.
- Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, triaging priorities, and ensuring the product exceeds user expectations, especially as we introduce new AI-driven workflows.
- Present product plans, strategy, demos, competitor reviews and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders; champion a customer-obsessed, outcome-driven, and AI-first product culture.
