The Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale.

Our network of global Microsoft Innovation Hubs are premium customer-facing facilities built to help enterprise customers solve their business challenges through innovative cross-workload solutions. We accelerate our customers’ AI transformation by capitalizing on the changing needs of our customers and the new business opportunities of tomorrow.

We are looking to hire an Innovation Hub Partner Programs Manager who will partner closely with the Americas Microsoft Innovation Hub team to identify, scope, and curate partner solutions that drive AI transformation for our customers. Your scope will include the governance and integration of partner solutions, the management and scaling of the Innovation Hub Partner Program, and active thought leadership/contribution to Innovation Hub Organization Unit (OU) communities.

To be successful, you will have the ability to work collaboratively and interface with internal stakeholders. You will also be building productive working relationships and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. It will be important in this role to be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of global enterprise experience in any combination of the following: strategy and operations management, people governance, compliance, internal communications, Profit & Loss experience, scorecard management, or related.
  • 1+ years of enterprise experience with AI-powered tools or technologies (e.g., generative AI, Copilot, or similar platforms), along with demonstrated business acumen and understanding of the AI market, including trends, opportunities, and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience and proven ability to organize and support cross-business or other change programs
  • Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources; effective communication and presentation skills, good listener; ability to provide direction and clarity
  • Experience with the Microsoft Innovation Hub engagement delivery model
  • Experience managing large-scale customer-facing partner programs that leverage consultative selling models
  • Experience in leadership positions, including the ability to work closely with leadership and promote collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.

Experiences

  • Identify, scope, and curate partner solutions for Americas Innovation Hub driving AI transformation customer discussions
  • Govern and Integrate partner solutions through Innovation Hub content catalog and Experience Packs
  • Perform gap analysis of Innovation Hub partner content mapped to MCAPS AI Transformation strategy
  • Collaborate, manage, build, and deliver Innovation Hub partner AI and Agentic content

Partner

  • Establish and nurture GPS and Industry partner alignment, integration, and visibility
  • Create programs across 17 Innovation Hubs driving scale of Hub influence and addressing Enterprise and SME&C accounts not proactively selected
  • Foster and grow the Ambassador program beyond current pilot scope to empower other Microsoft resources

Community

  • Contribute thought leadership to Innovation Hub OU communities and listen for solutions to help with customer engagements
  • Create and map new experiences to support expanded OU industries
  • Manage community and local government engagement through Ambassador program

Impact

  • Achieve 30% partner codelivery through Innovation Hub engagements (B-Guest, Ambassador program, ATLAS AI program)
  • Create a number of net new opportunities through B-Guest program
  • Drive 10% YoY growth of Experience pack usage
  • Increased community engagement developing a Partner community framework and process integrating community projects – Onboard 4 community projects end of FY26
  • Resource delivery of Ambassador and B-Guest site, playbook, and process
