The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers & partners by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. CMO accelerates the region’s growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines. CMO drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating Microsoft brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.
The Program Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and seamless execution of the CxO Engagement Program across multiple areas and top accounts in Asia. Acting as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery, this role enables scale and consistency while managing program timelines, communications, and tracking overall health and engagement metrics.
In addition to orchestrating high-impact executive engagements, this role owns end-to-end program governance—including budget management, privacy, and compliance. The Program Manager ensures compliant spend across all layers of the plan, adherence to government and public sector regulations, and responsible data practices. The role also explores innovative tools and systems to modernize how we track, report, and scale the program.
This role is flexible in that you can up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities
- Orchestration & Planning: Build and manage detailed orchestration frameworks to support Business and Technical CABs, regional forums, and area-led initiatives. Create and land execution plans, instructions, templates, tools and timelines with Area teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Engagement Mapping: Map account engagement layers and target lists to ensure comprehensive coverage across the CxO200 universe.
- Program Execution: Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual engagements—including CIO Summit extensions, AI Tour CABs, and regional forums (e.g., CISO, AI Leaders)—while coordinating the program calendar and hospitality experiences.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Collaborate with Area teams to activate local engagement plans using provided blueprints, toolkits, and funding. Drive stakeholder communications and ensure consistent updates across CMO, Sales, Engineering, and Area teams.
- Measurement & Reporting: Maintain program logs and dashboards to track CxO interactions, customer outcomes, and business impact. Monitor program KPIs and engagement metrics to assess health and guide continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Own and manage the overall CxO program budget, ensuring compliant and strategic allocation of funds across global, regional, and local layers. Track spend against plan, monitor usage of centrally funded investments, and ensure alignment with fiscal targets and ROI expectations.
- Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all program activities adhere to Microsoft’s privacy, data governance, and compliance standards. This includes collecting and managing customer data in a compliant manner, adhering to government and public sector spend limits, and proactively exploring new tools and systems to modernize compliance tracking and improve operational transparency.
