Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Develop AI-first tools to optimize deal making processes
- Champion seamless integration and widespread usage of new commerce and modern tools within the organization, enhancing productivity for streamlined deal making
- Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes by continuously enhancing our tools to increase operational efficiency and reduced friction across deal-making workflows
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking tooling strategy that aligns with long-term business goals, fostering innovation and ensuring sustained success
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements, risk management, and business continuity
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and security of tools that are not supported by central engineering but are essential for deal execution.
