As the Community eXperiences Team (CXT) we’re focused on growing a vibrant community of business applications users. We connect people, programs, and platforms to amplify impact and drive engagement across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
We are looking for a Power Platform Evangelist to join our team.
This individual will be a catalyst for community growth and engagement. Someone who can lead strategic programs, showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, and inspire users around the world.
In this role, you will define and execute data-driven community programs that foster engagement, expand the reach of the Power Platform ecosystem, and contribute to business growth. You will also create and deliver compelling product demos that resonate with audiences online, at conferences, and at industry events of all sizes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in delivering technical presentations, demos, public speaking, or similar roles.
- 2+ years of experience with storyboarding, narrative development, and storytelling techniques in the context of developing product demonstrations.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience presenting live demos at large-scale conferences and industry events.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as consulting or technical sales.
- Basic video recording and editing experience with tools like Camtasia, Clipchamp, OBS, or others.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 or other low-code platforms.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Community Program Management:
- Define and manage scalable community programs that support business goals and community growth.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and community impact.
- Collaborate with community moderators, product teams, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with product and community strategy.
- Drive innovation in community experiences to increase engagement and learning.
Demo Development:
- Create demos that showcase Power Platform features, use cases, and benefits.
- Tailor demos to specific audiences, emphasizing relevant scenarios and industry applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and enhancements.
- Handle unexcepted situations with adaptability.
Technical Proficiency:
- Understand the technical aspects of the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365).
- Demonstrate how to build and manage intelligent applications and automations, and agents.
- Address technical questions and challenges related to real-world implementations, security, and governance of low-code platforms.
