We are looking for a creative, self-starting, and visionary product leader to own & drive new collaboration experiences in Microsoft Teams, the fastest growing business application in the history of Microsoft. You will join a team as a Senior Product Manager whose charter spans the breadth of the product from 1:1 chats to workgroup collaboration to connecting entire organizations.
This role will help define the strategy for how teams and organizations can collaborate more effectively in channels. We are looking for Senior Product Manager with a focus on high-craft end user experiences, with a mix of product thinking at the system level, strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in driving successful product and user experience solutions for complex systems requiring deep synthesis of customer research and data and UX patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action.
- Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, a history of solving complex problems and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Design thinking, structured problem solving, data and insight driven decision making and analytical skills.
- Communicate complex ideas to others, including senior leadership, in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
- Customer-focused approach to feature design with understanding of user experience possibilities.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Create and drive product area vision, strategy and system, success measures, and execution plan.
- Obsess over the customer, be informed by data, own the end-to-end experience, and deliver with agility and quality.
- Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing as well as cross-organizational teams to establish a shared strategic framework, vision, plans, and roadmap.
- Represent Microsoft and the product internally and externally to customers and partners.
