The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
As the Programs GTM Manager for AI Business Process in Asia you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across Asia including GTM, sales excellence, sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
You will be responsible for driving execution excellence across the business and identifying opportunities for improvement. This includes overseeing GTM plans, pre-sales and post-sales programs and initiatives, business performance, ROI from investments, and metrics across AI Business Solutions Asia. Additionally, you will bring together insights to represent the voice of the field through our Rhythm of Business. You will develop strong partnerships across GTM teams, marketing, partner, services, and sales. Qualifications
Required (RQs)
- 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales.
- or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Responsibilities
- You will govern program adoption and customer success motions, and surface best practices and improvements needed
- Lead standardize Rhythm of Business across AI BizProcess to build a cohesive story surfacing competitive insights, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the GTM plan.
- You will govern Sales Activation and collaborate with Activation GTM Managers to champion Highly Engaged, SPA, and other signals, driving connected sales and marketing execution to maximise performance and market share. Furthermore, program adoption and customer success motions.
- You will ensure a connected customer journey across solutions plays and between functions to ensure optimization of investments and resources
- You will govern Sales Activation and collaborate with Activation GTM Managers to champion Highly Engaged, SPA, and other signals.
- You will champion the Asia AI BizProcess community, build organizational connection and capability.
- You will exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, Leadership Principles and create clarity by creating a shared understanding and building a clear course of action as well as be a boundary-less leader who pursues right outcomes to achieve success
