We have an exciting opening on the Azure Partner Marketing team leading our hero Services partner investments and incentives! The Senior Partner Marketing Manager roles are fast paced, exciting roles. It’s a highly visible role in a here-and-now hot space that will require working closely with key executives, internal stakeholders, integrated marketing, field, and partner liaisons. This candidate should be interested in outside-in view of customer and partner experience with both strategic and execution marketing chops. We're looking for someone to play an instrumental role in shaping Azure's partner investment strategy that will create a connected and guided experience to enable our partners to be the most impactful with our mutual customers. This role is incredibly cross organizational working with stakeholders across Cloud Marketing, Engineering, Microsoft Customer and Partner Services, given the critical nature of our partners.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in product marketing or partner marketing in the software industry.
- 5+ years experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in a complex environment.
- Experience in cloud services and/or applications.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience in product marketing or partner marketing in the software industry with a focus on service partners.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Create thought leadership, while working with cross company stakeholders, to define Services Partner investments strategy to drive for business outcomes, increase partner success and ultimately better serve our diverse customer needs.
- Refine complex information and data into compelling insights to advance Azure hero offerings.
- Work across product, field, and partner teams to identify and analyze evolving customer needs and market dynamics and how these insights need to translate into our partner investments.
- Develop a programmatic approach, both rationalizing existing investments and identifying gaps/creating new to empower our partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to deeply understand their needs and business drivers around cloud, coupled with our business goals to influence the future course for our programmatic investments.
- Regularly communicate plans and results and set expectations with senior management, global field leads and other stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Set success criteria, measure impact, and evolve the strategy in order to stay competitive and differentiated.
- Possess customer-centric thinking, data fluency, and collaborative communication skills.
