Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Business Program Management, Chief of Staff support, or similar strategic operational roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management skills and able to lead multiple high-profile projects forward and effectively leverage available resources to drive results
  • Proactive self-starter who moves fast with precision, calm under pressure.
  • Analytical and data fluency skills to translate insights into action.
  • Resourceful with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence
  • Collaborator across many stakeholders, executive leaders and teams.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively across multiple workstreams in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment.
  • Communication skills—clear, concise, and audience-aware, with executive presence.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Advance strategic priorities by aligning stakeholders, streamlining operations, and ensuring the chief of staff office runs with impact and clarity.
  • Partner directly with Xbox leadership and their chief of staff to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum across all parts of the business.
  • Create alignment by providing an objective point of view, ensuring all voices are heard, synthesizing ideas, and creating an action plan.
  • Influence and evolve the Xbox LT (Leadership Team) rhythm of business to drive transparency, accountability and decision-making.
  • Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs.
  • Anticipate executive needs, triage priorities, and proactively follow through on key decisions and actions.
  • Maintain agility while bringing structure to highly dynamic work.
