We have an exciting opportunity to join Microsoft’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization as a Senior Recruiter supporting Design and User Experience (UX) Research. In this role, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers across our Design Studios to attract and hire world-class creative talent. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX Design, UX Research, or related recruiting roles, ideally within the tech industry
  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting for creative roles such as interaction design, visual design, motion, and UX research
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.

Talent Acquisition IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Design and UX Research leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of design roles, including interaction design, visual design, motion, and UX research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Microsoft’s values and brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, compensation, and business partners to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Leads optimization of staffing policies, systems, and processes in partnership with their stakeholder community
  • Stays informed of relevant Design trends, industry standards, and evolving AI relationship to the creative space.
