Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations.

- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years of experience with network, identity, or identity technologies, and digital forensics and threat hunting, and threat intelligence and/or managed security services
- Strong technical program management and organizational skills including an ability to manage multiple ongoing engagements
- Ability to work across multiple organizations, to identify and execute solutions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Security Clearance.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond
- Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident
- Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes
- Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group
- Accountable for the quality of own work; to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs
- Maintain a high-level understanding of the security tools and processes used by Microsoft in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns
- Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training.
