As a Business Strategy Manager for the Strategy, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives team, you will help drive high profile and high impact cross-functional initiatives that will accelerate our business and delight our customers. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your capabilities managing complex programs, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and flex your technical acumen learning new and innovate technologies. You will work on some of the most impactful programs for our business and also have the opportunity to learn in a fast paced and energetic environment.
We are looking for a candidate with strong business strategy management skills who can work across complex teams to get things done, structure ambiguous work, and use their strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity to be a thought partnert to senior CE&S leaders and structure and conduct business analyses. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years professional experience, including at least 2 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) AND 3+ years of professional experience including at least 2 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company.
- Experience leading or working on complex business transformation programs.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in effectively communicating through both spoken and written formats, including creating clear, engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years professional experience, including at least 2 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years professional experience, including at least 2 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company.
- Experience working at or with the product, engineering, sales, or support organization at a large high tech company.
- Excellent top down communication skills and strong executive presence.
Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- You will act as program manager for a portfolio of strategic initiatives/programs (and possibly lead others playing this role)
- You will act as a strategic thought partner to initiative leaders to design programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes, key milestones, success criteria, and clear ownership of critical activities
- You will conduct supporting analysis and lead cross-functional program planning and execution
- You will lead development and execution of a clear and effective landing plan including communications and change management
- You will lead the rhythm of business during program development and execution. You will also work with program leaders to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers
- As you contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, you will communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders and create the necessary mechanisms for visibility and accountability for progress and outcomes. You will also work with other teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently
- You will conduct cost-benefit analyses, collect and evaluate success metrics, and use other analytics to examine performance, derive value, and identify risk and opportunities. You’ll also influence and manage change in the organization
- You will also conduct assessments of ongoing programs (or portfolio of programs) and examine business trends to identify opportunities to develop and improve programs as awell as governance across the portfolio of CE&S programs and initiatives
- You will share best practices and expertise across all of these areas as needed
- You will undertake additional projects and analyses in support of CE&S strategy as needed
- You will develop written documents, build end-to-end storylines, and deliver project findings and recommendations to senior executives.
- You will establish and maintain key points of contact with internal teams, you will cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams. You’ll also act as an advisor to senior leadership on a particular area of expertise, and mentor junior colleagues.
