As Transact Systems Manager (TSM) for Commercial, you will be part of the Global Transact Services team, ensuring executional excellence and scaling our Commercial Quote to Cash operations. You will partner closely with business groups including Vendor Operations and Field Operations, whilst closely partnering with engineering groups to ensure systems readiness and flawless execution to process Commercial revenue compliantly and on-time.

This role will allow you to develop your skills in prioritisation & judgement, stakeholder engagement & influencing, communications (up to CVP level), problem solving & continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Do you have 2+ years experience partnering with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Vendor/Field Ops)?

  • Experience driving operational performance and improvements
  • Experience of working across business and technical teams

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.

Responsibilities

Execution Excellence & Program Management

  • Work with engineering groups and other teams (e.g., Vendor Ops, Field Ops) to ensure systems & tools performance and associated processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor performance of Commercial transactional systems and tools. Communicate systems & tools status, risk & health to relevant stakeholders, including up to CVP level.

Planning, Evaluation & Improvement

  • Collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics to monitor Commercial systems & tools health, and ensure activities align with business objectives. Use data analytics and business reviews to derive insights that help identify risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize based on lessons learned.
  • Improve systems & tools related performance and mitigate problems by defining and driving clarity in issues, selecting the optimal scenario to resolve.
  • Identify internal opportunities to improve systems & tools performance or related processes, and strive for simplification, collaborating with others to identify and align on root problems, define strategy, and gather requirements.
  • Help define vision and strategy for change, gain buy in and define communication to the organization. Utilize direction and strategy from leadership in order to execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influence others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Support and contribute to systems capacity planning and prioritization, and examine business trends to stay current, agile and competitive. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand overall business goals, objectives, changes and strategies, as well as short- and long-term priorities.
