Viva Glint enables organizations to improve employee engagement and performance across the employee lifecycle by understanding the employee feedback and sentiment and acting on the feedback. The Viva Glint team is growing quickly and we’re in need of a Senior Product Manager to drive new features and capabilities. This is a strategic, highly influential, and cross-functional role that will lead the overall feature strategy, innovation, and new investment opportunities for the product.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience for a SaaS product or service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of product development and launch practices/processes.
  • Previous experience of bringing a new product to market and owning an in-market product.
  • A growth hacker with passion for solving user problems backed with sharp analysis of data.
  • The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed.
  • The ability to think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Solid program management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to consume vast amounts of data quickly to recognize patterns and provide a vision.

Helpful Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas
  • Experience/expertise in employee experience software & technology

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with your engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, customer support, people science, and other Viva partner product teams to lead and execute the Glint product strategy. You will be obsessed with building new employee experiences and capabilities based on insights from customer research and feedback. You will also contribute to the Glint product roadmap and product innovation. Clear passion for charting new paths and being strategic is essential.

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the overall product strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Own the strategy with clear prioritization for your features, and an urgency for shipping with the product team.
  • Collaborate with your peers across other partner teams to drive innovation to deliver ‘game changing’ experiences that are polished, modern, and consistent.
  • Plan for and lead product reviews with executive leadership.
  • ‘Be a product champion’ through thought leadership discussions with customers based on product roadmap and innovation trends.
  • Be a mentor to early in career members of the team.
