The Digital Solution Sales team drives growth for Microsoft by helping customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud and AI. Powered by a world-class connected sales and marketing platform, this team leverages marketing insights to reach customers when and where they want to engage digitally to help solve their business problems. We’re powered by the latest innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to engage with customers, collaborate across our global teams, and acquire and retain new business for Microsoft.
As a Dynamics Specialist you will be a business process transformation leader within the Microsoft specialist sales organization. You will engage C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers from our top customers and help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant and business value insights and envisioning solutions that successfully enable their end-to-end business transformation. You will lead the entire solution sales process and bring experts, partners, and other resources to ensure a successful customer outcome. You will learn how Microsoft is changing the way companies do business and how to accelerate innovation and empower the success of our customers. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate for achieving sales goals
- Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction, through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems and platforms.
- Orchestrate sales process and customer journey leveraging the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology to increase win rates and customer satisfaction.
- Scaling by co-selling with Selected Partners by leading the sales process for key opportunities and supporting the Partner for other opportunities.
- Envision Industry-aligned, customer-centric solutions with Business Value Insights with a pursuit team of technically intense workload experts and partners
- Build pipe by leading with industry, using digital signals & insights to prospect, network, identify, engage & nurture with right BDMs, align & gain account team commitment, plug into cross solution sales motions and execute discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal commitment while maintaining a high level of customer engagement across both digital signals and opportunities.
- Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights and work in a collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment with account executives, solution specialists, technical resources, and partner teams
- Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale and complement solution selling.
