We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Finance Manager - BizApps Product Health to join our team. A successful candidate will be intellectually curious, enjoy using data-based analytics to influence decision-making, and seek to drive impact in a growing business. This role will partner with engineering, sales, and product marketing teams to identify opportunities to drive the success of our D365 Portfolio businesses. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain visibility into and contribute to the success of Microsoft’s AI strategy.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of demonstrated work experience in Finance or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in Finance or related field
- OR Equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and influence business partners through executive maturity and balanced self-awareness
- Polished interpersonal skills, including demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated drive; ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing insightful financial models and analysis with an appreciation for both details and the bigger picture
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

Responsibilities
- Provide business insights and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve revenue goals. Manage and execute processes through engagement with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with business leaders to define action plans for financial and business analysis findings.
- Apply advanced understanding of finance and business (e.g., monetization strategy, market, key drivers, revenue channels, advanced technology, and business partner work context) to multiple situations to evaluate results and analysis.
- Perform analysis and research of present and future financial performance and financial plans. Assimilate analysis into a comprehensive, clear narrative. Communicate results in a compelling and understandable message. Articulate understanding and awareness of business partner situations.
- Act as a culture champion, driving continuous improvement and leading to a “best place to work” environment.
