This role will be part of the MCAPS Asia President Office, living and breathing Customer Centricity, constantly thinking of ways to open all Rooms of The House and raising the bar to deliver the highest impact in Asia.

The MCAPS Asia President office is looking for a customer centric and results driven individual to partner with our Areas to deliver the most impactful Customer and Partner Executive engagement. Reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Asia President, this role will primarily plan and execute Customer & Partner executive engagements and programs, working across with Leaders’ CoS and various functions in Asia Areas, Countries and Corporate.

You would have ideally worked with Senior Sales Leaders in a sales and results driven environment, with acute understanding and ability to evaluate Customers’ and internal requests, enabling you to manage and prioritize in the most efficient and diplomatic manner.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in Sales/Sales Management, Sales Strategy & Planning, Operations, in a Sales Environment

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Executive maturity, organizational agility and strong impact and influence competencies. Ability to manage ambiguity and manage complexities.
  • Self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively across groups (business and functions) in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to drive multiple projects forward, effectively leveraging all resources to drive results.
  • Effective at influencing without authority and driving work through others.
  • Creativity in solving problems and generating innovative solutions
  • Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Area Teams to formulate the Executive engagement strategy and framework for Customer accounts and Partners that are sponsored by the Asia President. Operationalize the plan to execute regular internal and external governance with the Customer/Partner with clear go-forward plan and deliverables.
  1. Attend Customer/Partner meetings with the Asia President where possible, and work with the Sales Team to orchestrate internally, connecting with cross functional teams to follow through on Customer requests.
  1. Be the trusted go-to partner of the assigned Area(s), connecting regularly to understand their strategy, core priorities and deliverables. Solicit feedback from the Area(s) to strive for continuous improvement and efficiency both ways.
  2. Plan and execute Country visits, optimizing all aspects of the engagements and meetings with Customers, Partners, Employees (eg Townhall, Roundtables), Events and PR/Media/Analyst briefings. Partner with the Area, plan the end to end of the visit with timely preparation and briefing with the Asia President, following through with post meeting notes to the Customers and Partners.
  3. Formulate a systematic process for Areas/Countries to request for Asia President and Corporate Executives engagement with Asia Customers. Create an overview of these requests along with visits to Asia by Corp Executives and prioritize accordingly.
  4. Connect with functional teams, not limited to Solution GBB/Industry/ECA/CO&I to form a holistic view and understanding of the business. Partner with these teams and leverage a wide spectrum of expertise and capabilities to orchestrate internally, enabling the greatest impact with the Customer through the One Microsoft engagement.
  1. Institutionalize regular learning sessions within the Asia President Office, extending to the Asia Core LT CoS/BM/BPM to explore new ways of operationalizing our core priorities and deliverables with AI and Copilot.
  2. Represent the voice of the Asia President in internal programs where required.
