The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) Azure Programs team enables the Americas field teams to drive revenue and usage goals through localized scale programs across pre-sales, post-sales, customer experience, and readiness motions. Our team works cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary to uncover insights, bring strategy and priorities to life, and accelerate the pace of transformation, enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
The Azure Programs Go-To-Market team accelerates revenue growth, boosts field agility, and delivers results with our field sellers by deepening our partnership with key stakeholders across the Americas. We will be focused on driving alignment across processes and tools to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
In this role as a Director, Azure Programs GTM Strategic Partnerships (GTM), you will be critical to designing, operationalizing, and building partnerships with Support, Partners, Marketing, Operations and Sales Excellence.
This is a strategic position that is responsible for developing relationships with many business partners to accelerate new and existing programs to deliver better customer outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
5+ years of experience with any of the following: drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product roadmaps; develop insights from market research; sales enablement and field support; build and execute marketing plans and strategies; or related.
- 4+ years in Program or Project management experience in technical operations or engineering, including data driven approaches to program/product delivery with measurable results and outcomes.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
- 5+ years’ experience in Technology, Marketing, or Sales Enablement preferably in the technology industry
- Proven experience in effecting change, driving business strategy and process optimization, and organization design through effective cross group collaboration and group evangelization in a matrix organization at an eco-system level
- Field sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of business processes, sales cycles, & financial forecasting
- Manages confidentiality without exception
- Experience getting results through a large group of stakeholders and executives
- Successful & consistent project and time management
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
- Demonstrates customer focus, strategic thinking and analytical skills
Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.

Responsibilities
Core Role Accountabilities:
- Set and drive customer strategy, thus translating strategy into concrete actions and marketing/sales motions
- Results driven across a range of disciplines including multi-channel sales, marketing, finance, and strategy
- Work with your WW counterpart to highlight specific trends, insights, best practices and opportunities
- Engage with an extended team of stakeholders within our org and beyond to encourage aligned orchestration, provide feedback, and solve blockers
- Practice Microsoft principles and prioritize D&I in your work
Support our team to drive impact and excellence across:
- Serve as program subject matter expert, acting as primary support to the Americas org and key liaison to global program team
- Surface business insights, risks, and opportunities to product and segment GTM team
- Partner with Central Marketing to nurture and drive action across target customers
- Own/support the landing and enablement of programs to the Americas field
- Support Americas rhythm-of-business cadence including Scrum calls, monthly business reviews, and community learning days
- Identify and solve unarticulated needs and opportunities within the customer base and field
- Leverage programs to drive execution and accountability with sales for Mainstream Solution Plays
- Leverage the work and experience of others globally to bring best practice into the region
- Engage in culture and D&I activities
- Contribute to v-teams engaging on initiatives that may not be specific to your direct responsibilities
