Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, operations strategy & planning, and sales operations to drive business impact and growth for the Americas. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business strategy, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft’s business objectives locally across the Enterprise Business supporting Leaders, Managers, and Sellers.

If so, the BSO team is looking to hire Sales Operations Program Managers for Revenue Excellence, Employee Resource Management & Design, and Incentive Compensation/Quota/Awards, respectively.
In these individual contributor roles, you will routinely engage in activities such as proactive audits, escalation management & user support, data & reporting management, business analysis, field enablement, and driving AI solutions. You will also play a critical role in modernizing processes, tools, and platforms to reduce costs, save time, improve field productivity, and achieve high quality outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience working, analyzing, reporting with data and providing insights using tools, including PowerBI, Excel, or related
- Internal business stakeholder problem resolution and escalation experience.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 3+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
- OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with data and providing insights using tools including PowerBI and Excel.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with capability to investigate and resolve escalations independently and prioritizing deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft’s sales processes and strategies, tools, programs
- Deep understanding of business management and analysis for Sales Organizations
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business environments
Sales Operations IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,900 - $119,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $89,600 - $134,400 per year.
Sales Operations IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.

Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Escalation support for complex issues and ensure changes are captured through all downstream systems while performing root cause analysis for process improvement
- Support and create reporting required for segmentation and customer planning activities
- Identify and analyze account management project status reports for proactive identification of issues
- Support for planning and executing future segmentation and territory design in tools
Territory & Employee Assignment:
- Escalation support for complex issues and ensure changes are captured through all downstream systems while performing root cause analysis for process improvement
- Perform audits to proactively identify potential issues and improve data hygiene
- Perform Employee Assignment processing and sign off within key deadlines
- Support as required by creating ad hoc reporting needed to support various analysis for in-year execution and planning
Quota, Awards & Compensation:
- Support with quota distribution and management, including processing quota shifts, handling escalations, providing standard reporting, and performing auditing and validations
- Prepare communication templates based on audience and provide guidance on timelines with reminders
- Engage in awards review process which requires compiling and verifying stack ranks, managing wildcards and sending review documents to HR
- Manage nominations, troubleshoot issues, update resources, manage permissions and coordinate with engineering on updates/fixes
Revenue Excellence:
- Escalation support for complex issues and ensure changes are captured through Microsoft Financial systems while performing root cause analysis for process improvement
- Conduct audits to identify issues related to revenue and analyze end customer revenue reports to identify revenue that has landed incorrectly
- Provide tenant re-mapping, mis-parenting research, surface revenue research, and provide end to end support of incoming/outgoing International Clearing Program requests
