We focus on critical processes such as preparing individuals for OnCall duties, managing incidents, and conducting thorough Postmortem reviews after incidents occur. Additionally, we oversee Change Management, meticulously tracking which bits are deployed to production and how they impact the system. Qualifications

Required: 2+ years people management experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

Process Automation: Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to streamline incident management, change management, and other critical processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster seamless coordination and alignment on project goals by working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality and performance of the team.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of well-defined roadmaps, ensuring that the team meets its milestones and delivers high-quality solutions on time.
