Windows is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager II to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Windows platform & experiences, driving product innovation, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our users. You will be responsible for defining feature roadmaps, designing and shipping features with high quality, and using data insights to inform future. This position requires a strong emphasis on customer empathy, technical depth, delivery & execution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
  • Personal drive for impact and a strong passion for delivering the right customer experience.
  • Ability to build deep relationships with internal teams and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills through all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of technology in developer platform and/or service operations at scale.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Leadership skills to communicate quantitative and qualitative data to various teams and create a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy.
  • Advocate for a customer -centric approach in all product decisions, continuously improving the user experience and driving user engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, defining metrics and tracking product performance.
