Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities
We are seeking a product manager with technical depth, product intuition and entrepreneurial spirit.
You will establish a strong vision and roadmap, enroll execs and partners, and drive deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology. You will work with a world-class team with a cultural emphasis on respect and inclusiveness.
- Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy for Microsoft Teams. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact.
- Feature Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to ensure alignment and support.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. Define metrics and track product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly.
