Microsoft Teams is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Teams experiences on mobile, driving product innovation, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our users. You will be responsible for defining feature roadmaps, designing and shipping features with high quality, and using data insights to inform future plans. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success.
  • Experience in user-centered design and UX design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Personal drive for impact and a strong passion for delivering the right customer experience.
  • Ability to build deep relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills through all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and service operations at scale.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Leadership skills to communicate quantitative and qualitative data to various teams and create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to track and deliver on product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy for Microsoft Teams.
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions, continuously improving the user experience and driving user engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, defining metrics and tracking product performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adjust product strategy accordingly.
  • Engage with customers and internal preview users, prioritizing and addressing feedback.
  • Establish a strong vision and roadmap, driving deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology.
  • Champion and advocate for customers, representing their voice across teams and developing innovative ways to resolve complex issues.
