Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2 years of Technical understanding of the Microsoft FastTrack 365 suite of products
  • 2 years of familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack 365, RFA, Targeting campaigns and customer advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Keen ability to convey ideas effectively with project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Quality process engineering experience and/or process quality control methodology knowledge.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 product deployment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving key insights.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and ongoing change.
  • Persuasive communication skills for liaising between multiple teams.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze key metrics to identify root causes, make data-driven recommendations, and drive initiatives that support fiscal year goals.
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse culture where everyone is encouraged to embrace challenges and grow.
  • Develop and leverage tools to optimize FastTrack efforts and investments, improve automation, enhance data quality, and deepen customer insights.
  • Influence business and engineering roadmaps to promote operational readiness and seamless capability adoption.
  • Lead projects within Azure DevOps, maintaining transparency and collaboration across teams to ensure impact and alignment with FastTrack goals.
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving customer, partner, and stakeholder needs, driving continuous improvement across the FastTrack Engage team.
  • Champion a scalable, automated approach to FastTrack operations through innovative delivery channels to meet fiscal year targets.
  • Support business reviews for Engineering, Operations, Workloads, and Regional Health by presenting precise data, insights, and results.
