The Business for Industry Co-Pilot (BIC) team is a rapidly growing organization that is responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, AI Builder, Power BI and more. Microsoft is considered one of the leaders in Software as a Service in the world of business applications and this organization is at the heart of how business applications are designed and delivered.

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team.

This role includes scheduling, operations, and an effective use of data and business systems. If you enjoy creating efficiencies and optimizing administrative responsibilities, this role is for you!

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of internal Microsoft tools such as Employee Central/HeadTrax, MS Expense Tool, MS Travel, iCIMS, MyOrder a plus.
  • Experience in managing travel planning, calendaring

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, travel, and strategic time prioritization.

  • Ability to prioritize the calendar, balancing internal, external, and executive engagement.

  • End-to-end domestic and international travel planning, including proactive adjustments to drive efficiencies.

  • Assist the Chief of Staff in the planning and execution of team meetings and events.

  • Flexibility to accommodate urgent schedule changes or requests.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Other adhoc projects as required under the guidance and leadership of the Org Chief of Staff
