Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sr. Project Manager in leading the project team, goal setting, developing policies and procedures to guide the project/program and mentor team members.
  • Carry out duties as assigned by the Sr. Project Manager to achieve the successful completion of the project/program.
  • Monitor design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with contractual agreements and corporate quality standards.

  • Monitors, evaluates and or develops project budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates, as well as reviews purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.

  • Forecast, identify and addresses areas of potential liabilities and risks.

  • Develops, monitors, and maintains project schedules. Ensures that project objectives are met.

  • Maintains client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships. Manages conflict resolution.

  • Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential concerns and persuades others, which may include executive leadership, to adopt positions to facilitate the successful conclusion of the project.

  • Assist in the evaluation, development, and selection of standards, protocols, policies and procedures to facilitate project success.

  • Provides guidance, direction, and instruction to less experienced team members and colleagues.
