The People team is on a mission to create a robust and scalable platform that delight users and drive business growth by bringing compelling people capabilities to office products and services (including Teams and Outlook), while also meeting industry-leading security and privacy standards.
In this role, you will manage a team of product managers who will build AI first people centric experience capabilities that M365 apps can leverage. You will collaborate with partner teams within M365 and across the company to build rich experiences.
This role involves managing a team of skilled product managers, setting directions to solve complex technical problems, and creating significant business impact within the M365 organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- Experience in building complex software at scale with AI knowledge.
- Experience managing product teams and delivering impactful results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of services and platform development.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills—proven in creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

- Managing a Team of Product Managers: You will lead a team of skilled product managers who are focused on building AI-first, people-centric experience capabilities that M365 apps can leverage.

- Solving Complex Technical Problems: You will set directions to solve complex technical problems and create significant business impact within the M365 organization and beyond.
- Understanding Customer Scenarios: You will work with customers to understand their scenarios and business drivers.
- Developing Product Plans and Roadmaps: You will develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution.
- Building Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships and deliver results in cross-group projects.
- Supporting a Diverse Team: You will build and support a diverse team that represents the diversity of our users.
