A Business Analyst is pivotal in bridging data and strategy, consulting with stakeholders to inform decisions through insightful reporting and analysis. They champion self-service analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making while streamlining ad hoc analysis and advocating for automated data processes. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
    • OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Analytics IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,900 - $135,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $89,600 - $148,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • You will consult with stakeholders across teams on decisions related to analyses, insights reporting and their interpretations.​
  • ​​You will implement methods for making reporting and analytics self-service, directed towards meaningful interpretation of data and driving business decision.​
  • ​​You will build efficiency in conducting ad hoc analyses and identify potential recommendations for automation of data collection, reporting, and analyses. ​
  • ​​You will bmbody the company's culture and values in all business practices.​
  • ​​You will evaluate data for applicability to answering relevant and impactful business questions and integrate data across sources​.
