The Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Engineering & Architecture Group (EAG) is a global consulting and engineering organization that supports our most complex and leading-edge customer engagements. We are looking for someone who is highly customer focused with the right combination of curiosity, technical aptitude, and communication skills to become a Technology Consultant in the Security Service Line within the Industry Solutions Organization.

You will be part of a high-performing security organization and will be in a role that is focused on customer success and satisfaction. Since we are a security team, we focus a good deal on security technologies, so the ideal candidate will have strong Cybersecurity experience addressing complex customer scenarios in delivery and/or operations capacity. What’s also super important is that you can show empathy for customers, their business outcomes, and plans, and are proficient at guiding teamwork to deliver great security outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • Business level fluency to read, write and speak English.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years consultant delivery experience securing the Microsoft Platform
  • Technical certifications focused on Azure Security (e.g., AZ-500)
  • Proven delivery experience across the following domains with deep technical expertise in at least one of these areas:
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Threat Detection and Monitoring
    • Secure Endpoint and Management
    • Data Security, Governance and Compliance
    • Architecture and Strategy

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints
  • Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud
  • Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform
  • Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer
  • Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies
  • Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues
  • Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project
  • Support the achievement of area project and billed revenue targets.
  • Ensure accountability for financials and profitability, focusing on project and billed revenue, costs, and sold margin.
  • Individually responsible for meeting target billable utilization goals specific to their role.
