Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE developer, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and development.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and other related Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are must.
Responsibilities
As the Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in leading our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of Dynamics 365 CE developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering exceptional solutions.
Solution Architecture:
- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
Development and Customization:
- Hands-on development using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE tools and technologies.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet specific business needs.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of robust and reliable solutions.
Integration and Data Migration:
- Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and third-party applications.
- Manage data migration activities ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.
- Create technical specifications, test plans, and other relevant documentation.
Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to address any issues or concerns.
