We're seeking a talented Technical Program Manager II with exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle. You will lead a PM team to help shape the future of devices by planning, driving and implementing effective and scalable solutions for our in-market products with quality and reliability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capability to understand and integrate technical concepts across various disciplines.
Other Requirements
Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience shipping software or hardware
- Experience shipping hardware and software through at least 1 product cycle
- An understanding of firmware/driver development and servicing
- Motivated and self-driven attitude.
- Responsible for collaboration with partners across organizational boundaries.
- Responsible for driving/contributing to product milestones and reviews

- Monitoring and reporting to leadership using data from a variety of sources including telemetry, customer support, and our commercial teams
- Driving internal and external partners to deliver fixes necessary to drive customer satisfaction and meet business goals
