The Technology Specialist (TS) engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. Acts as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qulifications
- Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated)
- Qatari nationality
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
- Displays stakeholder and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Technical Certification (e.g., cloud technology- Azure, Security, Data, AI) are preferred but not required.

About: Erada Program is Microsoft's program tailored for Qatari Nationals, aiming to accelerate Qataris employability and create market impact through early in career recruitment, and skilling programs.
Program overview: Microsoft Erada Internship is a paid nine-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.
Program Details: The 9 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)
Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
- Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
Phase two: On-the-job training (8 months)
- Joining as an TS for on-the-job shadowing and training.
- Mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

- Reviews customer interactions and raises competitive information to account teams to contribute to development and landing of compete strategies.
- Contributes to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback.
- Tailors Microsoft standard messaging to audience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products.
- Contributes to demonstrations (e.g., proof of concept [POC] sessions) of solutions based on specific Microsoft products through initial engagements and coaching from senior colleagues. Leverages partner/customer teams as needed to prove product capabilities and integration into customer environment.
- Consumes and leverages readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and practices expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues.
